About The Cookie

She was born on Indonesia's Independence Day, that's why we dressed her in Red and White. Her soft outer shell protects the velvety cream cheese filling, From the very first bite, we know it is a sweet marriage of purity and daring, and a celebration of diversity and strength.

Flour, butter, cane sugar, cream cheese, powder sugar, brown sugar, whole eggs, red food coloring, cocoa powder, lemon juice, whipped cream, vanilla essence, salt, baking soda.

Cookie Care This cookie can last up to 3-4 days at room temperature. If not consumed within this time, store in an airtight container and: • Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or • Freeze for up to 3 months To Enjoy Warm: 1. Thaw at room temperature for 30–60 minutes, until soft. 2. ⁠For a warm cookie,heat in a preheated oven at 150°C for 5 minutes, or microwave for 10–15 seconds. Do not refreeze once thawed.
